1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and jj55b ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jj55b website located at https://jj55b.cam and any associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, unless context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jj55b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You do not have an existing Account on jj55b that has been suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or affiliate of jj55b or any entity associated with the operation of the Platform.
5. You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of Services, Users must register a single Account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of all Accounts:

• One Account Per User: Each User may hold only one Account. Opening duplicate, multiple or secondary Accounts (including under a different name, email address or device) is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jj55b will never request your password.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify jj55b immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. jj55b shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bonus conditions or active bets may affect the timing of closure and balance availability.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

jj55b is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for the purposes of age verification, identity confirmation, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. The following terms apply:

• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. It may also be required at any time during the operation of your Account at the discretion of jj55b.
• You must submit valid, government-issued identification documents as requested. For Pakistani users, acceptable documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Proof of residential address may also be required.
• The name, date of birth and address on your submitted documents must match the information provided at registration. Discrepancies may delay verification or result in Account suspension.
• jj55b reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including proof of payment method ownership or source of funds, where required.
• Until KYC is successfully completed, jj55b may restrict withdrawal functionality. Deposits and gameplay may remain available at the operator's discretion pending verification.
• All documents submitted are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

The following terms apply to all deposits made to a jj55b Account:

• Available Methods: Payment methods are subject to change at any time based on operator policy and regional availability. For Pakistani users, common payment references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced as familiar local payment services only — none of these providers endorse, affiliate with or support jj55b or any gambling activity.
• Currency: Accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where available. Exchange rates and conversion fees, if applicable, are determined by the payment processor.

• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Failed Transactions: jj55b is not responsible for failed deposits caused by third-party payment processors, bank restrictions or network issues. Contact your payment provider in the first instance for failed transactions.
• Deposit Limits: You may set voluntary deposit limits on your Account at any time via the responsible gambling tools section. Once applied, limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

7 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by Users:

• KYC Requirement: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested prior to KYC completion will be held pending document review.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operator policy and method availability.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Processing Time: jj55b will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe after approval. However, no specific payout timeline is guaranteed. Additional processing time may be required by the receiving payment provider or bank.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers provided by jj55b are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered (rolled over) the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before withdrawal. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit, as specified per offer.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games and certain sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• Illustrative Amounts: Any PKR bonus amounts shown on the Platform (such as "100% Welcome Offer — up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples only. Actual live promotions and their values are subject to change at any time. Always verify current offers in the promotions section before opting in.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active per Account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while an active bonus is pending may void the active bonus.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire after the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Abuse and Misuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, matched betting with the intent to exploit offers, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Discretion: jj55b reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to deny or revoke bonuses where abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.

9 Betting Rules & Game Terms

The following general rules apply to all bets and game sessions conducted through the jj55b Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the operator. jj55b reserves the right to decline, void or limit bets at its discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error.
• Manifest Errors: Where a bet is accepted due to a clear and obvious error in odds, game configuration or settlement, jj55b reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or, in the case of casino games, by the game provider's recorded outcome. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event or game round.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time. Bets placed during a suspension window may be voided. Connection issues are the User's responsibility.
• Cricket and Sports Disclaimers: References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 tournaments and ICC events on the Platform are for contextual sports coverage only. jj55b has no official partnership, sponsorship or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or tournament organisation.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj55b Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's identity or credentials to access the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment, including money laundering or the movement of proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, automated systems or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, arbitrage bonuses, or influence bet settlement.
• Attempting to access the Platform via a VPN, proxy or other obfuscation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or terms of service.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or jj55b support staff.
• Any conduct that jj55b, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

11 Responsible Gambling

jj55b is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Users with the tools to manage their gaming activity effectively. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves real financial risk and is not a reliable or consistent source of income.
• You are solely responsible for the decisions you make while using the Platform.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jj55b Platform — including but not limited to the jj55b name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and data — is the intellectual property of jj55b or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, publication or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent from jj55b.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform's software.
• Framing, scraping or otherwise incorporating any part of the Platform into a third-party website or application without authorisation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• jj55b provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• jj55b shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
• jj55b is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor errors, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jj55b reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page.

Where material changes are made to these Terms, jj55b will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the registered email address. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the rights of Users to seek redress under mandatory consumer protection or other laws that apply in their country or region of residence where such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
